3north Principal Jay Hugo’s design for a new covered porch and landscape and hardscape design around an existing pool is featured in the July 2011 issue of Remodeling. Hugo worked closely with Mark Franko of Franko-LaFratta Construction to create an incredible transition space for outdoor living that maximized views of the James River.
